Meet Judy O’Connell, your friendly neighborhood real estate expert here in the Tri-Cities and Columbia Basin region. As a licensed realtor proudly associated with Windermere Group One Tri-Cities, I'm dedicated to ensuring that every family I work with enjoys a seamless and unforgettable experience when buying or selling their home.

Having deep roots in the area, I'm a true Richland native with strong connections throughout the Columbia Basin. With my parents residing in Dayton and my six siblings also calling this region home, you could say community runs in my blood. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent over two decades at the Hanford Site, further solidifying my understanding, respect, and love for the Tri-Cities.

When I’m not assisting my valued clients, my husband and I relish the great outdoors with our beloved dogs. Whether it’s camping, backpacking, or indulging in my newfound passion for fly fishing, you’ll often find us soaking up the natural beauty this area has to offer. And let's not forget my love for cooking! I enjoy experimenting with recipes, putting my own spin on them (with mostly successful results, I might add).
